I am here at my house. I finished school at noon. I have school from 9 to 12 every weekday. I am starting to feel more comfortable here in San Cristobal. Sometimes I feel intimidated because I am not fluent. But I don’t want to judge myself. I am here to learn Spanish, and everything takes practice, it doesn’t come without a lot of work.
I am going to Capoeira class today at 3. I haven’t been yet so I don’t know what the group is like. Where they practice is above my school. I also am going to start taking Yoga classes. There are many Yoga and dance studios here.
Things are good at home. We have new students who are here for 3 weeks. Having more people here makes dinnertime more interesting. Maria Christina is a very good cook. She makes a lot traditional food with different kinds of vegetables.
I am trying to studying a lot. I am learning about Direct and Indirect Objects right now. It takes a lot of practice because the rules or uses are different than in English. I am also observing and cycles and studying the Mayan Calendar. Today is 13 Wind. That’s all for now. Be well.
Estoy aquí en mi casa. Terminé la escuela a las 12.00 horas. Tengo escuela de 9 a 12 de cada día de la semana. Estoy comenzando a sentir más cómodo aquí en San Cristóbal. A veces me siento intimidado porque no estoy con fluidez. Pero no quiero juzgar yo mismo. Estoy aquí para aprender español y todo lo toma práctica, no viene sin mucho trabajo.
Me voy a clase de Capoeira hoy en 3. He sido todavía, por lo que no sé lo que es el grupo como. Donde practican está por encima de mi escuela. También voy a empezar a tomar clases de yoga. Hay muchos yoga y danza estudios aquí. Las cosas son buenas en casa. Tenemos nuevos estudiantes que están aquí por 3 semanas. Tener más gente aquí hace que dinnertime más interesante. Maria Christina es un muy buen cocinero. Ella hace mucho tradicional comida con diferentes tipos de verduras.
Estoy intentando estudiar mucho. Ahora mismo estoy aprendiendo acerca de Direct y objetos indirecto. Tiene mucha práctica porque las reglas o los usos son diferentes que en inglés. También estoy observando y ciclos y estudiar el calendario maya. Hoy es el viento 13. Eso es todo por ahora. Estar bien.

We made it to your blog. I am envious even though I had a great time skiing today. Eva and I were reading little bear when my neighbor bob called to tell us to go outside to watch the space station go across the sky. Eva loved it and it was one of our few clear nights in awhile. When we finished academics we played card games - war and go fish which was Eva's version and guess what?? she won!! She is so much fun! I love ya darlin' Vaya con dios...
